Lignosulfite( liquid binder)

The main characteristic of  binder is:

1.It is dark brown liquid, the color depth related to production mode.

2.The effective components is calcium lignosulphonate, content 22.5-27.7%.The basic structure is the derivatives of phenyl propane.

3. Good water solubility, can be made into 1-50% aqueous solution.

4. Strong cohesive force, the strongest concentration in 45-50% concentration.

5. Good chemical stability, non-flammable, non-explosive substance.

6. It belongs to the anionic surfactant, good water reducing dispersion effect, water reducing agent of 10-12%.

The main uses of the adhesive:

1. As a binder for foundry sand ceramics and refractory enhancer

2. It is used for smelting ore powder binder.

3. Used for construction of concrete water reducing agent, can reduce concrete mixing water, reduce the water cement ratio, could improve concrete workability and fluidity, resistance to permeability, improve concrete strength and density, have early strength effect.

4. Used in oil field drilling mud additives, tertiary oil recovery surfactant.

5. Used for asphalt emulsifier, pavement construction, safe and quick, save the asphalt.

6. Used as industrial anti-scaling agent of containers and pipes.

7.Used for coal water slurry production additive.
