Spring cone crusher is an advanced crusher with high power, large crushing ratio and high productivity. It is mainly composed of frame, transmission, hollow eccentric shaft, bowl bearing, crushing cone, adjusting device, adjusting sleeve, spring and hydraulic station for adjusting ore discharge port. When spring cone crusher works, the motor drives the bottom of eccentric sleeve through hydraulic coupling and small bevel gear. The large bevel gear rotates the eccentric sleeve, causing the cone to swing and crush the material. The main shaft of the crusher is immovable, but only supports and brushes the spherical tile to withstand the crushing force. Because the crusher spindle is fixed and the eccentric sleeve transmits the crushing force, the structure can bear a larger crushing force, which is very suitable for fine crushing and ultra-fine crushing, because the crushing force of ultra-fine crushing is very large. It is estimated that the product size (for ultra-fine crushed liner) can reach 50-80% when opening the circuit (depending on the nature of the material). The crusher is suitable for the third or fourth stage crushing of metal mine concentrator, and for building materials or non-metal mines and civil engineering. Especially in areas where the supply of natural sand needed by civil engineering is insufficient.
