The concrete pump truck SWTCP60B is the lightweight series of concrete pump production. The concrete pump truck is ahead of the domestic industry by its excellent quality of “safety / reliability / green & advances”, and synchronized with the international advanced technology.
The chassis is Benz chassis with 4axles, large power and large torque, high efficiency, strong off-road capability.
Six sections “RZ” type folding jibs, adopts strength design of finite element analysis & variable cross section, the weight is light, structure of each hinge are all in the optimized state, stability is better, suitable for operation in the narrow construction site .The pump truck with six-jib structure can spread higher and more flexibly compared with that equipped with five -jib structure.
Using the 6-section "RZ" type folding-jib technology. By using advanced design methods of the finite element analysis & parametric design of strength of the variable cross section etc. and the dynamic simulation assembly, to optimize parameters of the structure design, light weight, good stability, and small space needed to stretch, especially suitable for construction of the tunnel & the indoor operation where the site is limited.
Using the three stages of extending legs in the front swinging and two stages of extending legs in the rear swinging. Provided with unilateral operation function, can real-time detect positions of the legs on both sides, control effective rotary range of the boom frame, the concrete pump truck can also normally spread materials when working space of the truck is relatively small and the legs can’t be fully extended.
Using the industry’ leading technology of fully hydraulic reversing open system. The extraction & control of the reversing signals are all completed by the hydraulic system, which can avoid electrical reliability problems caused by frequent triggering and harsh environment, low maintenance cost in the later period for users.. Reversing reliability is in a comprehensive leading position in the industry, and reversing time can be 40% shorter than the existing domestic advanced level.
To optimize the reversing sequence. By controlling reversing sequence of the main cylinder & the swing cylinder,to reduce air suction, improve efficiency of the concrete inhalation, at the same time improve continuity of pumping concrete, pumping efficiency is increased by 5%. Volume of the flow-passing main valve is decreased by 50% compared with the current domestic advanced level, the weight is reduced by 50%, reduce the hydraulic losses of more than 0.5MPa.
