GZD series vibrating feeder is a new type product and is designed to transport bulk materials before crushing and screening. Vibrating feeder adopts double eccentric shafts vibration exciter, which ensures that the equipment can withstand the large impact of falling material. The bulk, granular materials can be fed uniformly, regularly and continuously from storage silos to receiving device to avoid the phenomenon of crashes of the receiving device in the production process and to extend service life. The feeder can be divided into steel structure and grate bars structure; the steel structure feeder is used for sand and gravel line, which sends all materials evenly into the crusher; the grate bar structure feeder can coarse screen the material and make the system more economical and reasonable. As necessary equipment in crushing and screening process, the equipment is widely used in metallurgy, coal, mineral processing, building materials, chemical, abrasive etc.

The vibration exciter is composed of two eccentric shafts with particular position. The large linear vibration force produced by motor and the rotation of two eccentric shafts vibrates the machine. The materials are sliding and thrown so that it could move on. When the materials pass the screen bars, the small ore falls through the clearance of screen bars.
